Shipping, returns & exchanges

Dispatch timelines

• Orders submitted before 14:00 ET ship the same or next business day.
• Backordered or limited-release items require 5–7 additional business days.
• Tracking numbers are emailed once a parcel leaves our Sarasota studio.

Delivery methods

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Signature is required for any shipment over $200 USD. If a package is marked delivered, ownership transfers to the client and subsequent loss or theft should be filed with the carrier.

Returns

• Standard fragrances may be returned within 3 days of delivery if they remain sealed in their original packaging.
• Discovery sets must contain all vials to be eligible for refund.
• Samples and opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.

Initiating a return

Email christopherdonaldmanning@gmail.com with your order number within the return window to receive an authorization number. Once we receive and inspect the goods, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or missing items

Report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing detailed photos. We will coordinate replacements or claims with the carrier on your behalf.
