We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Signature is required for any shipment over $200 USD. If a package is marked delivered, ownership transfers to the client and subsequent loss or theft should be filed with the carrier.
Email christopherdonaldmanning@gmail.com with your order number within the return window to receive an authorization number. Once we receive and inspect the goods, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing detailed photos. We will coordinate replacements or claims with the carrier on your behalf.
Manning Fragrance Co. reserves the right to update these rules to reflect carrier changes or regulatory requirements.
