Privacy & data protection

Manning Fragrance Co. collects only the information needed to process orders, manage concierge appointments, and send the editorial newsletter you explicitly request. We never sell customer data and we do not store raw payment details—Stripe processes every card, wallet, or ACH payment on our behalf.

Information we collect

  • Account data such as your name, email address, and hashed password.
  • Checkout data including shipping addresses, order notes, and the products you purchase.
  • Limited analytics events from Vercel Analytics that help us understand page views without storing IP addresses or using cookies.

How your data is used

  • To fulfill purchases, coordinate deliveries, and provide order confirmations.
  • To authenticate your account and surface past orders in the client portal.
  • To send marketing messages only when you have opted-in to the newsletter.

Storage, retention, and security

Account and order data reside in our encrypted Microsoft SQL Server environment hosted in Canada. Access is limited to trusted merchandisers under confidentiality agreements. Newsletter subscriptions are stored in our internal CRM for as long as you remain subscribed. You can request deletion, correction, or export of your personal data at any time.

Your rights

  • Request access to the personal data we maintain about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate details or delete your profile entirely.
  • Withdraw marketing consent by using the unsubscribe link or contacting our concierge desk.
